Is it just me, or do I feel an empty pit to the end of life at these moments here. No matter how hard I try I cannot stay away from my Lakotain home. No matter how hard I try to quit, I feel the need to protect them. But what have I played into? I don't even know, I'm only a confused wolf that has nothing but disposal left to their life. The she wolf thought. Feeling the cool spring waters flow around her ankles of the river. She felt no thirst. But only saw her mind imagine the water red with blood. But whose? Her mind felt useless. But there was something that pulled her here? Fate? Destiny? Who know, but maybe Yul was just one of those non-important wolves who have the sad life of only playing a small role. And the first victims to start and endless war.
Yuluku now felt the presence, and suddenly it wasn't just an eerie feeling she felt. But an odd sensation, her senses could almost feel the blood lust and greed of another. But Yul didn't care, she almost felt this role coming for a long time. She would willing let this happen. Or would she? Fight. There felt no meaning to it. But just a little part of the puzzle added to a big explosion. "Here, here will I remain. With worms that are thy chamber-maids. Oh, here! Will I set up my everlasting rest?" Her mind predicted. Remembering the words of Kaan, that Cur. Lakota must be next, sir! And who better not to kill than someone who possibly knows too much. One such as Yuluku. One who has seen all of the crimes, one who has witnessed and further extended the acts of Fernis' awakening? Oh, Yuluku, oh how she could feel it. A target planted right on her back. "So who shall dine on thy flesh tonight? Or for whom I shall dine onto?" Her voice challenged, a new style. Almost become theatrical. As if her own reincarnation was already planning a new personality and style.

He moved, like an urethral ghost. His small paws scampered against the ground without sound. His scent was pungent though, and the wind was not in his favor. Yuluku would soon know of his presence. So he did not attempt to stay hidden, and he rounded the trees with his evil grin. He cackled, his hackles rising.
"Lakota should be next," he purred, his teeth bared in aggression more than a smile. He twitched and swerved, looping around the trees like a lion prowling on the Savannah. He wasn't sure If Krynn would take advantage and attack while Yuluku was distracted, or if she would be more honorable and fight fairly. Though Kaan didn't care. All he wanted was to torment the she wolf before she was slaughtered.
"They should have listened to the Ravens," he mumbled, slinking through some bush. "They had very good advice." Alas, he had killed them, so there was no more help for the wolves. His red pelt did not blend in with the trees around him, but he was still hoping to be a bit scary. It was hard for something as small as him, though he had practice. He barked, growling at the air around him. He certainly was raving mad.
"Hmm, hmm, hmm!" he cackled, darting behind some trees.

Krynn stepped on to the Lakota boarder her mind not yet made up. She was required to kill a wolf from these lands in order to prove her worth among the followers of Fenris. But she had just come to these lands, and knew that there was more going on. How could these packs be so vulnerable? Oh Tarak.. Is that why you stayed? Poor thing feeling sorry for these weak wolves. Your heart was too pure. Krynn herself wanted a bigger piece of meat if she was going to become entangled in this lands wars. What if... What if... kept creeping through her mind. Walking forward Krynn first came upon the scent of Kaan, which she recognized the most in these strange lands. Her lips curled in disgust and distrust. Already she was getting a feeling dread in her stomach. Kaan seemed to be a messenger of death and bad news in these lands. But another scent was also here, and this wolf she knew was from Lakota. The scent held the same familiar traces of Oder that Krynn had encountered at the boarder. Leaving a wide radius around the two wolves, Krynn hid in the shadows of the trees waiting and listening for the opportune moment. Indecision bit at her mind as she battled with whether or not killing a Lakota wolf just yet would be in her favor.

Yuluku wasn't there for long, her mind infiltrated. Destiny was calling. It was like all of a sudden she almost understood. She was next. Or was she...? Soon a scent on the wind came up and she heard the eerie voice of Kaan. But she didn't jump at her solemn reminder. Yuluku sighed. It was Kaan, the one who had killed the ravens. That doesn't matter anymore. I will die knowing that I changed something. And weather it was good or bad I don't care... I just don't want to go as nothing...
[/color] But who says I will die? It is yourself; you cannot find the spirit. It is like you've changed Yuluku. Don't you want to see your forever home up in the wolf trail?. ...Yes, but how do I know I'm going there for sure? [/i]She thought along and along, but Yuluku couldn't even think the answer to her last thought, thinking she would even break down. In the woods, Yuluku heard Kaan barking, teasing, mocking. And humming. Though to all of Kaan's comments, it wasn't worth it. Yuluku knew that if she responded, it would make her look weak. And if she didn't instead it would make Kaan feel more foolish and immature as the silence would break. The she-wolf stood bold and sat down in the small opening. She knew there was another, Yul could smell them, and sense their presence. Yuluku's voice was steady, pleasant and bold. "I am Waiting to see my slayer. Show yourself. But before you mossy on... I need one last question." Her eyes twinkled, as if almost a mock. But it wasn't. She wore a slight smile on her face. She was lightened up as if instead of a fight she be facing, it was more a little jaunt through the wood. "Hellooo, blessed are weeee to be granted this daaaayy... If only, if only, there be none to wittiness, this fooool, this pityyyy that be basked in the suuun." Yuluku almost sang. The sun came out from under a small could and basked the opening. and slightly, Yuluku noticed that the wolf hadn't made immediate approach. Perhaps were they deciding weather or not this she wolf would be the one? Deep down in Yuluku, she set a little trap. How funny. No wittiness to see the murder of a wolf. Perhaps because this one wasn't part of the Lakota anymore. It made her giggle. They aimed to kill a Lakota member. Well too bad both Kaan and this other wolf didn't know that she wasn't part of it anymore. Just smelt like it. Tee-hee. Aren't I creative!? Nope..not really.Don't be that way! You know it's just an intellectual pride![/blockquote]

Krynn heard Yul call out, and realised that the other wolf knew she was present. A slight twitch in her lip revealed irritation at having been found out so quickly. Well this is her territory... Lopping forward Krynn entered the open area around Yul and smilied warmly. "Hello, I see you are a member of this Lakota pack." It was more of a statement then an actual question as Krynn advanced closer, a smile planted on her face, but the proximity in which she approached sugested other intentions.

The figure appeared out of the woods. and Yul almost shivered, it look exactly like Takar and Tarak both. But yet her eyes twinkled mischeiviously, "Ah, the one who claims to see is also blind." That's when Yuluku noticed the smile of the face. She immediatly assumed the wolf the be the mother of the two brothers. Or at least that's what the she-wolf assumed, due by the looks of age and apperance. Yul skipped right to her question again.
"Though, I must presume. Life is uncertain. Tell me, mother of two... Do you beleive in destiny? Do you beleive that I will stay on this Earth and suffer my sin? Do you beleive that there is one last question that has no answer in life. My body may die... but I never will. For I beleive your son, was victom not to his own kin, but to the one who drove him into death. do not be blind, think. The weight of all is on you, and no I will not come between you and your decision, but I will haunt you. Weather you're scared of me or not." To Yul, that was a much uncharacterized speech, something that was only relied on faith, but it sounded so certain and bold. Her eyes gleamed. Her predictions sounded just like a fact. Perhaps Yuluku wasn't so out of her mind. Perhaps she could've chosen not to be here. She couldd've chosen to run. But why should any other Lakotain member die because Yuluku was too scared to die herself? No, that isn't right. Yuluku would save another life by having this mother-wolf take her own.

Krynn was taken back by the female’s words, not expecting to be spoken to like that. The riddles caught her off guard and she paused for a minute after Yul finished speaking. Frowning, she considered Yul's words. The weight of everything is on me? What is this half crazed female talking about? The mention of Tarak sparked her interest and Krynn wanted to know more about what Yul thought of her sons death. She could know something that I do not as of yet. Is it possible that Yul knew Tarak? The manner of speech indicated that Yul suspected she was going to die soon. Yul must know that I have been sent to kill her, I do not really like the prospect of being haunted for the rest of my days, but I also didn't believe in ghosts. "Your assumptions are right Yul, I have been ordered to kill you. But unlike those who blindly follow higher powers, I choose my own path. Surviving on to live on in these lands would be punishment enough from what I predict to be coming. The forces within the packs are not strong enough to withstand the brutality that has yet to come. Killing you now before you may lay witness to the death would be merciful. As for Tarak his fate was decided upon his birth. I knew from the beginning that the twins would kill each other, rivals till the bitter end. Tarak found something here that he loved and wanted to protect, which is justified by Takar's willingness to destroy the small balance of hope onto which his brother clung. I am sure there were others involved behind his demise, but the reality of the truth does not change. Tell me Yul do you believe there is still hope within the hearts of the weak?"

“Yes, I know it is quite merciful, and that is another reason why I don’t run from simple fears… Though… Truth is not destiny Krynn, anybody can change destiny, they weren’t born to die, for If they chose to, they could’ve ran. I know from the look of Tarak’s face… He was only an inch sad to die, but was happy to live to see the spring. His death taught me something, you don’t have to be miserable to die.” Yul went one, complete boldness in her voice. The ivory-fae could tell that Krynn thought she was crazy, but no, Yul knew what she needed to know. And that was it. “No, Krynn. The question is, do you believe there is still hope within the hearts of the weak…” Yul said, but why disappoint her.. and Yul sighed, and answered in a practical tone “But if you really want to know my thoughts on it... Yes, I do see hope within your heart.”
Yul held back a smile, knowing that what she had just said was an insult thrown back; Calling Krynn weak. But it was true, Krynn relied on something quite unreliable, and put too much thought into her ‘plans’.

The black blood thirsty shadow trotted through the Lakota forest. Word had gotten to him that the mother of the two twins had joined in on their plot, and she was ordered to kill one of the Lakota. This sent tingles up his spine. Just the sight and thought of the crimson liquid gave him an ear to ear toothy smile. The black male's ice-cold eyes pierced through the bushes as he came to a stop. Blunt had finally spotted the two fae's, and he knew deep down, that soon blood would rain and the lands of Ardalyn would fall into the claws of Fenris.
"C'mon....do it! Rip her throat out before I do it for you!"Blunt cackled evilly as his tail swished impatiently.

Krynn snarled at Yul's sharp reply. She didn't like being talked to like that, especially from one who was to be her prey. Fine then; die. Blunts appearance only strengthened the growing fire within her mind. "Leave me to my own Blunt. Since when did you look down upon playing with your prey?" Swishing her black tail Krynn pinned her ears down to the side of her head, and fangs barred, approached Yul threateningly. Time was up. "Your wrong about one thing Yul, I do not believe there is hope in the weak. And if there is, in the times to come, any hope that these packs grasp onto will be lost." She said it mostly for Blunts ears, giving him what he needed to hear, but deep inside her rage boiled. Tarak had been full of hope, but like she said it was now lost. Without giving time for Yul to respond a stark reply, Krynn lunged forward suddenly, aiming for the others shoulder with fangs barred.

Yuluku heard the words, and saw Blunt up at the watching lines. This only made Yuluku laugh. "Doing it all for show then.. Just because you want to show off infront of your little pal here." Yuluku spoke as Krynn started to approach. This is it. Say goodbye Yul... She glanced at her surroundings and thought a happy, goodbye! Then the next thing Yuluku saw was a flash of dark black, it was aiming for her shoulders. Oh, no. I willn't go out that way. Honorable. And then in mid seconds, Talar adjusted her position and wrentched her neck up to the tree tops letting it voulnerable. This way was quicker, and Yuluku decided not to waist such pain fighting back. This was this. Nothing more.
The next thing she knew was numbness. Did the fangs lodge themselves? But then she thought too soon, it was just her body going into shock, so the next thing she knew felt like no other pain before. A full set of prongs lodged into her throat, with the force to knock her back against the ground... And yet there was something she had to remark, as a trickle of blood came from her mouth. "Then you shall live without hope Krynn.... For the rest of your days. And suffer, wishing.... you were d-dead." Yuluku struggled out her last words, wich became a curse lain upon Krynn. An omen-- no-- worse than an omen. That would leave a heart-wrenching feeling into all around this death site. Yul's eyes began to glaze over.
It's what I've always dreamed of. Not as bad as I thought it would be...When it was quick.

"The last rambling of a wolf gone mad." Krynn resited after Yul took her last breath, the light of life gone from her eyes. "She didn't even fight back." Krynn was more upset that Yul hadn't struggled to her death then she thought. "Curse her! I will not be haunted for the rest of my days. Fate is a cruel existence, and her time had come." Turning to Blunt, a deep fire glazed her eyes. "Is this enough for you Blunt? I will not continue to do petty work on your behalf. I am meant for playing a larger role in this picture." Krynn was angry and frustrated because Yul's sudden death hadn't given her the mental release that she needed. "Speak up or I will me on my way."

The brute watched as Krynn had taken the life with out a fight. It made him angry, prehaps even angrier than Krynn herself. He watched as the femme turned to give him a deep firey glare, he raised his head, his ears erect with his eyes staring right back. Blunt gave a slight snarl when he had replied back to the frustrated female.
"To be honest, not enough. I'm rather disappointed is all, but It would enlighten me if I seen you eat her intrals.." He chuckled sarcastically. "Now, who to slaughter next? I can smell a sickly female not to far a way." This sent even more chills up his spine. He loved to kill just for the pleasure and release it had given him.
"Now seeing the fight of your two twins just brought a big smile on my face, and it was even more exciting than seeing this episode," Blunt laughed a little more. He wanted to hurt others, and only she was around. He sat and watched as the clouds closed in on the sun, making the scene seem a little darker.
