Blaez weaved between the trees, uncaring about a single other soul. All there was was himself and his alphess, side by side. His alphess was teasing him, what about it did not matter. It was only play and all he had to do was grin foolishly, it would suffice for her. As they walked, Blaez began to talk about-- THUD! He shook his head, his eyes flashing open. Damn that tree that he had ran into. Blaez growled at it, as if angry it had awoken him from his glorious daydream.
It is obvious now that he is in love with his alphess. Love, however, is the wrong term, as he merely lusted insanely after her body. Blaez continued to weave between trees, this time in the real world. His alphess was the only reason he stayed in the area, not the prey, not any beliefs, not anything else, perhaps with the exception that there were rival packs to steal off of.
Thieving, at first it may seem an odd pastime for a wolf, but at a second explanation you may understand. A wolf may have been weak and learned to survive by taking other's food, then merely continued the practice. However, Blaez was interested in the thrill of the theft. The pure adrenaline and joy, much like that of a hunter's. There were his thoughts as he made his way through the forest.

Tarak ran in a mad dash through the forest heading for the boarder. He had just departed from Ebony and was heading out to find Takar. Tarak growled, that damn brother of his always returning to haunt his shadows! An unfamiliar scent crossed Tarak’s trail as he leapt ahead through the thickets of brush and took a sharp turn. What is this... He thought, looking around to find the source of the scent. Another wolf... Tarak trotted through the forest, advancing on the newcomer and sighted him. Crouching down on his stomach Tarak slowly approached to get a better look at the wolf ahead of him. The black wolf was small, and had a white tail, which puzzled Tarak. But that wasn't all that seemed to out of place. The smaller wolf was walking in a dais, and then hit a tree! "What the..." Tarak said suppressing a chuckle. Getting up Tarak stalked up behind the new wolf and said, "Who are you?" In a defensive tone.

ooc- I hope you don't mind me joining Drix, and/or posting ahead of you :] I am not Hermes Yuluku had been wandering for a long time from her Lakota homeland. She was on a quest, what was in it for her? Nothing really, just something to do, something to make other wolves hate, feel the hate just as she once had. Or is it simply because I feel unloved?... She felt that ache in her heart, yearning for an explanation. But like always, nothing was there, just the push of her blood..thud...bu-thud......thud There was no meaning to it, not even a jolly rhythem. Her mind didn't even phase as she passes that Shinook line, the strong odors of a recent border markings. Her mind was just heading there; the inner-forest. If she got caught-well... Lets just keep it she wont.
Her spirit flew over a sitting log, she crossed many scent trails of lera, herla, and Varg. Some faint, some strong, one was the one she came all the way into allie territory for. Tarak. She had a duty to do, from a kerl. A messange to send. She knew it was only by luck she'd find him in the forest, not somewhere near or with another alpha or Beta. Important pack member who might oppose her. But wait?... There was another scent, close, and it seemed that this mann she smelt was with Tarak. good or not good? She came up over the brakken, tall and high to see Takar-wait.. that is Tarak. But he looked the same, she almost didn't beleive it when Takar said that they were twins, but now she did. although she could see the difference, Tarak looked, bold, gental, and they way he stood... just stunned her, but she dared not say 'hello' yet. Tarak was looking at the other varg, black, and looked as if he were troubled, and.. or ran into that there tree.
They talked, and Yul decided to show, not sit and wait. She wanted to get back, Shinook always had their way of keeping her away. She jumped out of the brakken, sized up her main target; not fighting, but the reason to be here.
"boo."

Tarak spun around to face the new wolf that was approaching. They must be together... Tarak growled deep in his throat, a warning not to come closer. He was out numbered and didn't know these wolves. Ears laid back Tarak left the black wolf behind him and approached the White wolf with amber eyes in front of him. To Tarak, she seemed to be the biggest threat at the moment. "Who are you? And what is your purpose trespassing on Shinook territory?"

The strongest among you may not always wear the crown Yuluku stepped forward even closer, a dangerous distance away. Just a lung would cover the length. She smiled, the tone in his voice almost denoted that she'd be a threat, and even though Yul never wished harm, she did wish fear. For all may not know but her agility comes at a price of a weak jaw, but who would care she wasn't the best fighter, but she did have her way with words. "I am who I am Tarak." She said, her voice was soft, but her orange and gleaming eyes kept somthing hidden, her purpose. "I think you very well knnow why I am here." She frowned. Now that Serenity had been killed by Takar, word about him had been going around. Yet Yul tried to keep her conspiracies with him a sercret. They were already at not so good terms with Amythist.
"I have come to give you a message." She said looking straight to him, there height equal mostly. Then Yul had every cell in her body know that if anyone were to win this 'brotherly battle' it would most likley be this one right here. May be driven by fear, but he had potentail, something to fight for. His pack. Unlike Takar.

Tarak was just feet away from the fea and growing tenser by the minute. I think you very well knnow why I am here. She had said. Tarak could sense that there was more to come behind her soft voice. I have come to give you a message. There could only be one good reason why a wolf from Amethyst would want to talk to him. Takar Tarak was infuriated inside, What has he done now? Takar is capable of a lot and already has the upper hand. Tarak stood and it was silent for a moment and then he nodded. "I think I already do have a good idea of why you are here. Please tell." Tarak said in a troubled voice and not as aggressive as earlier.

You think you do know?... The Ivory Beta of Lakota was so intent to the conversation, she almost lost her thought and awarness to the black varg whom had been standing off a ways away. He told her to tell, but to Yul it didn't seem as simple as that. She thought looking back that his message was more of somthing Tarak most likley already knew. "Yes well...er.." She chuckled and felt like a fool, 'It's simple really." She felt the cold snow starting to get colder under her paws, seeping through he skin, and everything going bone-numb. She tisked swinging her head back and fourh, "He's here, and you know what he wants Takar."
What's in it for me?... She couldn't stop thinking, why do I do this. Only for people to find her conspiracy with a kerl whom killed an alpha? No, I'm not that stupid... am I? Yuluku growled to herself, "Stay strong, be ready. Don't fall for the obvious tricks." She blurted out, he mind fighting the other half, telling one twin to be brave and the other to make him scared. She then loosened her shoulders. I want nothing to do with this. And at that point she could almost walk off, but it wasn't that simple. Specially with YUluku so vulnerable to being talked into anything. She just wanted to stay out of this, but her minds half told her not to.
Confusing myself, now my head hurts; Thanks

Tarak nodded his head, and his clear blue eyes flashed. You have confirmed what I thought. Turning his head, the small wolf behind him was still there watching them. I should call for Ebony to deal with the newcomer. I was just on my way out to the free lands. I suspected that is where Takar would be found. Flicking his tail, Tarak walked off a bit, giving him and Yul more space. I appreciate you coming here and risking your safety. But if I have any advise for you at all, it would be to stay away from my brother. If he has promised you anything, expect nothing to come of it. Tarak looked behind him again. As for you, young wolf, I will call for Ebony the alpha female of these lands and she will talk to you. I must be on my way. Raising his muzzle into the air, Tarak howled a long low note that he new Ebony would hear and be able to track. Thanks again for your help. If you don't want to be caught, I suggest you leave now too. Tarak said to the white wolf in front of him.

Tricks or truth? Heads or Tails? Yul head started to ache, not so much from confusion. But for no reason really. Her eyes closed tight and she made a struggling noise. Her mind was at war with itself. So who should I trust? Isn't it Obvious? No. But think about the crimes! You'll danger your pack, even yourself. He'll throw you away once he's done. Don't trust him! Just stay out of it, he killed the alpha He'll help you. Think of it, Pride, glory, no more beta. Alpha! What? Her mind was about to burst, she looked up at Tarak, pain swelled in her eyes as she stumbled for words to come out. She took a deep breath, she had decided. Run, just go home.... And if anyone asks, you have no Idea who they are. Though thoughts just crept. What if Tarak is just tricking you to stay out. Poor Takar just wants revenge.
He mind growled... "Er...yes..ahh..right...What now?" She stumbled over her words, "Coming?... Oh Ebony! Crap!" Her mind raced. And her adrenalin and heart started to sore, she almost thought she'd explode. Her mind still ached but she turned around to bolt off, and almost tripping in the process, she kept going. But in her heart she knew somehow this would not be the end. Now she needed to get out of Shinook territory. What if Ebony smells my scent? That would be the end for me! I hope my pack doesn't find I've worked with that kerl... What if they ban me, or even worse, go to deep rivalry against Amethyst for the death of serenity? The only thing she knew for sure, is that she was about to cry, cry and break down... The Lakota Beta, finaly down.

Tarak watched the white wolf flee. Her reaction startled him when he advised that Yul leave because Ebony would be on her way. Maybe she realizes this is something she wont be able to escape from... Tarak thought as the Lakota wolf vanished into the trees in a panic. Turning around the small wolf was still there, but Tarak didn't have the time to stay around and wait for Ebony. I too must be on my way. Grim faced, Tarak walked into the trees hoping that he would be able to fulfill his promise with Ebony, and be back within two days.

The Alpha appeared almost like a ghostly shadow among the trees, her dark head bowed as she scented the ground. Tarak had indeed called for her, and his scent was still strong. Though there was another mixed into the smells around her. Another wolf.
Ebony, knowing exactly what her Beta wanted, followed the unknown scent. She ran silently through the forest. This intruder would soon know why this Alpha was called the Silent Shadow, because before it would scent her, she would appear from no where.
The Alpha could see the white wolf now, retreating quickly through the snow. But Ebony was known also for her speed, and she soon caught up to the female. She bolted passed the wolf and then jumped in front of her, her fangs bared.
"Who are you," she snarled, her hackles raised.

...Run, run as fast as you can She'd been running on edge since Tarak simply told her too, he gave her a freash warning. Quite nice, yes. She thought that he'd have the alpha deal with the other wolf, yes, uh..err... the black one. She looked behind her, she was upwind and smelt the alpha coming to her not the other wolf. She picked up her pace, she had always been a most wonderous runner, very skilled. Ecept when it came to strength. She knew she could outrun most anything anyday, but I geuss there is always that one day. Shinook territory was too rooted and loose, unlike her own Lakota land. Also her head had been much preoccupied with this big decision in which she'd decided to try and run away from. Suddenly she tripped on a stump and landed with a groan. Then realizing if she tried to outrun any longer it would just lead her to more trouble ahead, so she slowed, and stopped.
It wasn't the warmest welcoming, but hey. What would you expect, Yul knew she wouldn't be too happy either with strangers on her land. She knew this wolf's name, Ebony. The hackles were raised and Yul still stood tall, but her tail down. She was smart enough to know she wasn't the boss here, but didn't want to look like a fool. She could feel the breath of the fae shudder through the cold, crisp air. And Yul shivered. "Who are you," She said. Yul couldn't risk that, her pack, her defence in what you would call hiding. She sighed, "Nohbody... A fool." Her face was emotionless, almost as if what she said wasn't so humorous. She prepared her muscles, anybody could get ticked off like that. She steadied her reflexes, ready to dodge anything at a moment, maybe take a run for it again. "I don't mean harm. I'm on my way out. Tarak... A friend, I had to tell him somthing." She breathed hard, it wasn't so much a lie, "I didn't have time to ask the alphess before I came..." She dipped her head, "Appologies." Her heart was beating fast, but she hid it well and stood waiting for her fait. At least she was good at that, talking her way out of well... most things.

Her ebon fur, which stood on end, slowly lowered. Her chops, curled over her dagger-like incisors, fell gradually. Her posture relaxed, though she was not letting her guard down. She still looked menacing and dangerous, though in a passive and calming way. A contradiction only she could pull off.
Tarak, her Beta, was a very important part of her pack and one of the only reasons why she stopped to listen to what the wolf had to say. There was a reason why he was in second command, he was one of the only wolves she trusted and respected. Her icy gaze roamed over the intruder, and she scented the air once again. She faintly recognized the smell of the Lakota forest. Did Tarak truly have a friend from another pack, or was this femme lying? Ebony spoke, her words rough with indecision.
"What was your message?" The Alpha let the full force of her eyes rest on the wolf, and her voice rang with authority. Anything that had to do with her pack, she was to know as well.

No breath of Fear
She saw the Ebony Fae relax, but still hold her guard. Yuluku could still feel the hot breath up close, but she did not twinge. She whispered, and only ever so lightly, "I've made a mistake but...."Then she took a risk, what possible thing could she come around to say, for once in her life she actually wanted to tell the truth, but in this case, some cases. When you're like her, you're just a blind little pup, lost. "Ebony, I'm not sure you'd like to know this. It's harsh. And this he must do alone, and as I said, I'm sorry." Yul shook, this alpha probably didn't even know what she was talking about, but if she had to hear it form anyone, best be her own beta than one that doesn't belong. And even saying sorry, it felt more like she was apologizing to whomever was innocent. That she didn't know, Takar or Tarak? Who is good, whom is evil? Her eyes were deep, intense, and her dark pupils grew smaller.
Then it met her, there was no good or evil. Just a civil war, both just wanting understanding. Yul felt the lowering sun start to cool and suddenly the melted snow turned to ice around her feet. "I need to... attend to my duties. I've been gone too long. A fool. A fool." Yuluku whispered shaking her head. The one who kills scavengers helps the kin of whom Ebony trusts... She heard that from some chatty crows earlier. But not a clue what it could mean. Yul knew she still wouldn't be able to go, not without the story. "If you want answers.. I'm afraid I'm just as confuzzled as you." She spoke and leaped to the side jogging off to the boundary lines, not fast like she was escaping. But easy to catch just in case Ebony were to have to escort her. For Yul had nothing left for Ebony to hear.
