The Resistance (Ruedi, Sirra, open)

[Riuk]

The female lay in the back of the cavern, her mangled body slowly beginning to repair itself. She knew that she could do nothing to help end this horrible nightmare, but she still fought, tried, pushed herself to her limits. She didn't want to be the only one that stayed behind as she did nothing.

Riuk winced, heaving herself up slightly. She was still laying down, but she let her legs support her weight. She looked to the two wolves that had saved her from certain doom, Ruedi and Sirra, and she began to speak.

"We need to get as many people together as we can if we want to defeat those horrible wolves." she said.

[Ruedi]

Ruedi lay resting on the cold cave ground, breathing softly. He had just noticed not to long ago how much pain he was really in, but he'd have to get used to that. The whole time the male lay rested, he worried about Riuk. She was hurt pretty bad, but as strong as she was, he knew for she was going to be alright.

His round ear swiveled to the sound of the she wolf heaving herself off from the ground, which had made his eyes shift to her. We Need to get as many people together as we can if we want to defeat these horrible wolves.

"But don't you think that's a bad idea in the condition you are in, Riuk?" he asked, "why don't you let Sirra and I go for now and you heal up your wounds." Ruedi cared a lot for Riuk and did not want anything else happening to her to cause her to be in more pain.

[Crag]

Crag knew he wandered into a pack's territory, but he didn't care. He need help to stop the evil wolves. His green eyes dart around the area scanning for any other wolves. There probably aren't even any left. He thought. He sighed sadly. He stopped and looked around as the wind ruffled his black fur. The sun struck it turning it a dark blue. He twitched his ears when he thought he heard a noise and then he did hear something. We need to get as many people together as we can if we want to defeat those horrible wolves. His heart skipped a beat. He sprinted in the direction it came from, his trained paws hardly making a sound. His heart pounded in his ears. Finally! he thought, some one to help me! A cave came into view and he saw wolves in it. He ran towards it, but stopped and remembered Kurl's words, They don't like loners. He crouched and slunk the rest of the way silently. He lied in a patch of tall grass twitching his ears.

[Riuk]

"But don't you think that's a bad idea in the condition you are in, Riuk?" Ruedi asked, "why don't you let Sirra and I go for now and you heal up your wounds." Riuk huffed loudly, her blue eyes looking to her paws. She didin't want to seem weak, even though she was more than so. She wanted to help bring down Fenris and his league of evil, she wanted to avenge the deaths of her friends. She had already taken down one wolf, Blunt, but that didin't seem to be enough.

"I'm fine," she said stubbornly, though she winced as she said so and then laid back down in defeat. "...alright..." she admitted with a sigh, "I will stay here." The breeze then blew her way, and an unknown scent was carried along with it. Riuk's hackles raised, and her teeth were bared in fury.

[Crag]

His heart caught in his throat as he heard the female growl. Laying here isn't going to get you anywhere. he thought. He forced himself to stand. Without getting any closer he called out, "Um... Did- Did I hear something about evil wolves? Because if I d-did I would like to help you s-stop them." He looked around warily. and licked his lips before saying more quietly, "I- I'm sorry for coming onto your land. The sun reflected off his coat causing it to shine as the wind caused it to ripple. He wood have been an extraordinary sight if he weren't in the most submissive posture possible. I hope they help. he thought desperately. I may be killed by the wolves I asked for help. This thought sent a shiver up his spine.

[Ruedi]

Ruedi's blue eyes quickly shifted to the bushes. He slowly raised up, his hackles raising, and his maw began to curl up. "How do we know we can trust you?" He studied his body, his posture...he was black like the wolf that had tried to kill them. Who knew, maybe this wolf could be with them. the male winced slightly at the stinging wounds on his body, but he learned to ignore it. He kept his eyes on the green eyed black male, making sure that his submissive posture wasn't a trick.

[Riuk]

"Um... Did- Did I hear something about evil wolves? Because if I d-did I would like to help you s-stop them." he said, Riuk stilled slightly, a bit shocked. She was surprised that this wolf had come out of nowhere and that he wanted to join them. This was either luck or a curse. He could be league with the enemy....

Riuk studied him for a while, her blue orbs twitching over his figure. "I think he can be trusted..." she murmured, her eyes finding his. They were green, nothing like the horrific ice blue that the evil wolves had. "I think."

[Crag]

"Th-thanks." he said, his green eyes roaming around the area. "B-by the way, if you see a black wolf with yellow eyes please warn me. His name is Kurl and I'm pretty sure he wants to kill me." He said nervously. "I have a friend named Lobo. I haven't seen him since my last encounter with Kurl, but I know he would want to help also." He felt fairly certain he could trust these wolves, but he kept an eye on them just in case. I think he can be trusted...I think. he heard the female say. Crag felt slightly offended at this. "I would never stoop so low as to try and bring back Fenris's rule." he declared boldly. He suddenly felt shy again. "Um... I- I'm Crag... By the way..."

[Ruedi]

Ruiks words had made Ruedi calm down a bit. Could he have feelings for her? Or was it his instincts acting up again. He stared at the black wolf whom approached them, watching his submissive actions, he knew he could trust him, for now. He sniffed him a little, he smelt like coyote, and fear. "It's a little strange to be hanging out with yotes around here, don't you think?" Ruedi huffed as he shook his fur out. He heard the male state his name, "Crag."

The blue eyed wolf smiled a bit and sat back down. I would never stoop so low as to try and bring back Fenris's rule. Crag had stated, and it had made Ruedi think for a minute, So this is what this chaos is about? Some dead wolf? He growled to him self and looked to Riuk. Because of them, she's hurt, and he was sure now, he was going to help end this.

[Riuk]

Riuk looked from side to side as the two males talked. She didn't really know what to say, because she didn't know much about the situation both wolves were in. The newcomer seemed to be scared.... and he said something about meeting one of the Fenris dogs... perhaps he could help them since he had already encountered one?

"Um... I- I'm Crag... By the way..." Riuk smiled, her blue gaze turning from Ruedi and to the other black wolf. He looked so much like the Fenris wolves... but he didin't have the hard, evil eyes.... he could be trusted.

"Hello, Crag. I would be honored if you joined us. Those Fenris trash won't know what hit them. You said you had a friend who could help as well?"

[Crag]

It's a little strange to be hanging out with yotes around here, don't you think? he heard the male ask. He began quivering with rage. "For your information," he stated between clenched teeth, "I have not been hanging any coyotes. You are smelling Lobo who is only part coyote." He heard the female say, Hello, Crag. I would be honored if you joined us. Those Fenris trash won't know what hit them. You said you had a friend who could help as well? He took a deep breath and said, a bit calmer, "/thank you. By the way, Lobo said he new someone named Yuluku. Have you ever heard of her?"

[Ruedi]

"Oh, part coyote, my bad." Obviously Crag was very close friends with this hybrid, but he didn't seem to care much, but did not show it. Ruedi watched him calm down as he stretched out his legs and laid back down. "I'm new around these parts, so I don't believe I have heard of a Yuluku, my friend. Riuk might have though"replied Ruedi to Crags question. The breeze began to pick up, it felt nice on his body other than the hot summer day, and he already couldn't wait for winter. His eyes then shifted to Sirra, why wasn't she up yet? Though he couldn't blame her, she's probably been warn out from the virus leaving her unwounded body.

[Riuk]

"I'm new around these parts, so I don't believe I have heard of a Yuluku, my friend. Riuk might have though" Riuk thought for a moment, her brow furrowed in concentration. Yuluku... Yuluku... the name sounded familiar...

"You mean the Fae from Lakota? Yes, I know of Yuluku. How is she doing? Do you think she would want to join us as well?" Yuluku didn't seem like the type that got into huge uproars like this one. Shew as more of a solitary creature, but maybe she would if they begged...

[Crag]

You mean the Fae from Lakota? Yes, I know of Yuluku. How is she doing? Do you think she would want to join us as well? He winced at the females words and gritted his teeth. "She was... She was killed by the evil wolves." he looked down. He couldn't remember how he found that out. Maybe it was that breeze that carried her scent. "I will kill those wolves. I will avenge all who have died. Even if it kills me!" he felt nothing but hatred for the evil wolves who had killed who knows how many. He said between clenched teeth, "They will all die!"

[Ruedi]

Ruedi's eyes went wide in shock, another wolf down? A female? This indeed was the work of the Fenris wolves. He snarled to himself, "Are you sure of t his, Crag, this is serious, we need to take those wolves down, even if it kills us!" He lifted his head back, his mouth shifted to an 'o' like shape as he howled in remorse for a lost one, one that he didn't know, but he must pay respects to a fellow lupine. It echoed across the land, and he had hoped the wolves had done the same, but did not have high expectations. "We need more wolves...We will take them down, and throw them back in the shadows where they belong!"
